It's always fun to learn new tricks! I taught Ayden and Jennika how to flip over and back on the rings. Ayden did great. Jennika is a little shorter, and when she flipped over, her shoulders did sort of an unnatural twist thing! She said "owie", but kept on doing it! I couldn't believe what strong upper bodies these two have!
