Seriously, we trudged through the snow to honor Fern on the one-year anniversary of her passing. We took balloons to release, but decided to tie them to a stand that we "borrowed" that was laying down next to the grave. Seems just a moment ago that she left us, yet it's been a whole year. She is truly missed. She left a legacy of six awesome children, that's for sure!
