Oh, this little guy! For a long time, you couldn't get Declan to smile for anything! What a hard sell! But since he's finally learned how to smile, you can't stop him!
I think he's happy today because Michelle took him outside for a while. He LOVES to be outside! Can't wait to see him next summer when he can really go out and play, and he discovers dirt and mud!
